Automatic Powder Coating Plant
JS Aluminium has a fully integrated powder coating line equipped with standard stainless steel spray booth and static guns from Wagner, Germany. Machine capacity consume up to 10 metric tonnes of powder per month. (Spray Area : Approx. 65,000 m2)
We Provide All RAL Colour, Special Colour Matching And Wood Colour Finish.
Film Thickness : Average between 60 to 120 microns
Glossiness : Matt 30 – 35%, Semi Gloss 50%, Reduce Gloss 75% & High Gloss 98%

Automatic Anodizing Plant
JS Aluminium has Installed a fully automated computerised horizontal anodizing system with a monthly capacity of up to 200 metric tonnes of anodized aluminium extrusions. It is environmentally-friendly, adheres to Japanese Industrial Standard (J.I.S.) specifications.
Colour : Natural Anodizing (NA), Light Bronze (LB), Dark Bronze (DB) and Black.
Film Thickness : 10, 15, 20 & 25 microns
Glossiness : 25 – 40 GU
Product Length : Up to 7 Meter
Jigging Mark : Approx. 30mm each side
